Hello all!!! I got married; its been 4months now. I lost 15lbs prior to the wedding. I was and still am 165lbs now. I am still working out but not as vigorously as I would like due to life changes (work, moves, etc.) . I am working on loosing my next 15lbs to reach my goal of 150!!! I hope your goal dress journey is a success!

Honeymoon Stressor

I am sooo stressed about these before pics. I had to post them and maybe get even more motivated to lose the fat. Its horrible what bread, rice, and pastas can do to your body. As we get older we have to seriously filter our eating habits and exercise. I know I love food...therefore I need to be more conscious of what I'm putting in my mouth. I know alot of us have that problem.

These pics were taken a few months ago. My back and my sides look horrible! I have the hardest time losing weight around my mid section (apparently)!!!

I will post pics of myself (improving) in my honeymoon swimsuit potentials in the next post.

I know its been a while but Ive been working out for the past 3 months and have lost no weight at all. But no worries i have lost inches. I have been cycling and running like crazy. Thanks to my sister i have been very dedicated. I still have a ways to go...but, I gage how well i'm doing by the way my clothes fit and less about what the scale says!!

I know its been a while, I've been running! I have been working my butt off to lose weight!!! and I have even more motivation since I recently got engaged... so of course I can't look a HOT MESS in my wedding dress. These are my new measurements. I'm trying not to get caught up with a number on a scale and focus on toning and inches. So... I feel good and I am trying to stay positive so that I will continue on my journey to weight 150 or at least look like it. LOL!!

NOT A CHORE...A NECESSITY

Worked out today for 45min (cardio 30min, 15 toning). YAY, if I get back into the swing of things (it takes two weeks for anything to become habit to stick to it!!) I should have no problems with routine workouts. Working out should not be a chore, you do not have to work out everyday to see results. Cut back on calories and workout more and watch the pounds melt away! Easier said than done. Here we go...

I ATE GRAPEFRUIT FOR BREAKFAST, 100 CAL POPCORN AND TANGELO FOR SNACK, GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD FOR LUNCH, WATERMELON FOR SNACK AND SOUP FOR DINNER
