NOT A CHORE...A NECESSITY

Worked out today for 45min (cardio 30min, 15 toning). YAY, if I get back into the swing of things (it takes two weeks for anything to become habit to stick to it!!) I should have no problems with routine workouts. Working out should not be a chore, you do not have to work out everyday to see results. Cut back on calories and workout more and watch the pounds melt away! Easier said than done. Here we go...

I ATE GRAPEFRUIT FOR BREAKFAST, 100 CAL POPCORN AND TANGELO FOR SNACK, GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD FOR LUNCH, WATERMELON FOR SNACK AND SOUP FOR DINNER

WEIGH IN

I WORKED OUT TODAY FOR AN HOUR FROM 7P-8P...YAY!! I AM GOING TO TRY TO FOR MORNING WORKOUTS, BUT I'LL TRY AND GET IT IN WHERE AND WHEN I CAN. I WEIGHED IN TODAY AND SADLY I WEIGH 180LBS. BECAUSE OF THIS I AM GOING INTO OVERDRIVE. I HATE DIETING BUT I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO SUCK IT UP AND DIET AND EXERCISE! WELL HERE WE GO...

(HAD 2 MINI CHOC CHIP MUFFINS FOR BREAKFAST, SOUP FOR LUNCH, BANANA CHIPS FOR A SNACK WHICH I THINK I OVER DID, AND A CHICKEN SALAD AND 1/4 WATERMELON FOR DINNER)
