MY SHAPE!

I'M AN APPLE SHAPE...SUCKS! I WOULD MUCH RATHER BE A PEAR. THIS JUST MEANS I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF HAVING HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND ALL MY FAT SITS AROUND VITAL ORGANS...WHY ME!...WHY US APPLE SHAPED PEOPLE. OH WELL, JUST GOT TO FIGHT IT. WORK IT OUT!!

NOT A CHORE...A NECESSITY

Worked out today for 45min (cardio 30min, 15 toning). YAY, if I get back into the swing of things (it takes two weeks for anything to become habit to stick to it!!) I should have no problems with routine workouts. Working out should not be a chore, you do not have to work out everyday to see results. Cut back on calories and workout more and watch the pounds melt away! Easier said than done. Here we go...

I ATE GRAPEFRUIT FOR BREAKFAST, 100 CAL POPCORN AND TANGELO FOR SNACK, GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD FOR LUNCH, WATERMELON FOR SNACK AND SOUP FOR DINNER

WEIGH IN

I WORKED OUT TODAY FOR AN HOUR FROM 7P-8P...YAY!! I AM GOING TO TRY TO FOR MORNING WORKOUTS, BUT I'LL TRY AND GET IT IN WHERE AND WHEN I CAN. I WEIGHED IN TODAY AND SADLY I WEIGH 180LBS. BECAUSE OF THIS I AM GOING INTO OVERDRIVE. I HATE DIETING BUT I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO SUCK IT UP AND DIET AND EXERCISE! WELL HERE WE GO...

WORKING TOWARDS...

I know its been a minute since I have posted sooo... Here I am still at work. I got up at 7:30 this am and have been going ever since. I ate 2 mini chocolate chip muffins (palm of my hand small) for breakfast, wheat pasta with chicken breast and mixed veggies in a tomatoe sauce for lunch, for dinner I will probably have a southwest grilled chicken salad from Mcdonalds since it will be late by the time I get home. I'm trying to implement no eating after 8PM. I will try...I'm in a wedding in 9 weeks, so here we go I will try and post measurements tonight and put on a better goal dress. hope everyone's goal dress is fitting a little better and bit less tight everyday!! Tootles.
